FAQ

Will my vehicle fit?
Our washes will fit all vehicles:

  • Up to 91 inches in height (7.5 feet tall)
  • With a minimum 5 inches of ground clearance
  • That have tires with a maximum width of 12.5 inches. 
  • With a total vehicle width of 85 inches or less, measured from the outside of the driver’s side tire to the outside of the passenger side tire.
Unfortunately, no. Our conveyor is not equipped to handle the width of dual tires.

Car wash may close early due to weather or mechanical issues.

 Yes, we can accommodate most vehicle rack systems. We do this by retracting the top brush preventing it from coming down and hand scrub the top portion of the vehicle, to ensure a thorough wash.
No, we use soft closed cell foam on our brushes that do not hold foreign material and are too gentle on the vehicle to leave any scratch marks.
 Nope! Our final rinse is pure reverse osmosis water that doesn’t leave harsh water spots.
Yes, please! All debris and loose items (including small pieces of rubbish) should be removed from the bed of your truck prior to entering the wash. Large heavy items may stay in the bed at your own risk if secured properly.
 An unlimited membership lets you wash your car as often as you’d like at both our Kona and Hilo locations. You can purchase an unlimited membership for any of our three wash packages.
 Going through our express car wash is fast and easy. One of our attendants will help you select your desired wash, collect payment, and guide you on to the car wash conveyor. Once in position, you’ll put your car in neutral, take your foot off the brake and hands off the wheel. You can sit back and relax as our conveyor takes your vehicle through multiple stages of treatments, rinses, and coatings to get your vehicle nice and clean. Once the green light flashes at the end of the tunnel, you can pull forward into one of the many vacuum stalls.

We are not responsible for any pre-existing condition of your vehicle or damage occurred during wash due to wear and tear of vehicle.

WE DO NOT WARRANTY:
This includes, but is not limited to: tears, scratches, dents, stains, windshield wipers, wiper blades, rear window wipers, loose trim or exterior moldings, exterior mirrors, all roof racks, antennas, insignias, non-factory accessories, magnetic signage, hood ornaments, or alloy, chrome or mag wheels, headlights, rear lamps or reflectors and license plates or covers.

WE WARRANTY:
Only factory equipment in good condition until the original manufacturer’s warranty ends.

We are closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and Ironman (Kona location only).

The vacuums are included with all the wash packages, thus being free for all our car wash customers. For those that want to just use the vacuums and not come through the wash the price is $16; we ask you park outside the vacuum lot and ask one of our attendants to assist you in pulling into the vacuum lot.

We are exclusively an express wash with self-service vacuums and do not offer detailing services. Our Ultimate wash package does include detailing products like a three-part ceramic coat, air freshener, dashboard wipe, clear coat protectant, and tire shine. We also sell microfiber towels for $2 to allow our customers to wipe down areas that our wash cannot clean such as door jams and between the spokes of rims. In consideration of other customers, we ask that you use the vacuum lot for a quick wipe down and vacuuming only. Detailing the vehicle should be done elsewhere to allow other customers to use the vacuums. Thank you!
